downtown Austin at SH 71 and Dr. Scott Drive,
east of SH 130 in Travis County, Texas.
The Watersedge project is entitled per a Planned Unit Development Agreement with the City of Austin. It provides for single family, multifamily, townhouses, retail and commercial development.
