Eric Willis Natural Development Austin

Eric Willis - President

Eric Willis is the President and founder of Natural Development Austin, LLC.  In 2010, Eric Willis formed Natural Development, LLC. He  oversees all aspects of the company.  Mr. Willis has a degree in Accounting from the University of Houston and has served as an accountant at David Weekley Homes Corporate Office from 1991 to 1992 and as the Financial Manager for Clark Wilson Homes in Austin which was acquired by Capital Pacific Homes where he served in the same capacity from 1992 to 2003.   From 2003 to 2010, Eric Willis worked for Makar Properties in Texas as the Director of Operations and Finance.  He has over twenty years of experience in the Austin and Central Texas market and has managed the acquisition and disposition of thousands of lots and acreage in Austin/Central Texas.

Douglas J. Goss - Project Manager


Douglas J. Goss, PE is a licensed civil engineer and is responsible for managing all aspects of project design and construction.  In 2010 Mr. Goss joined Eric Willis when he founded Natural Development.  Here, he manages design, development, construction and special projects.  Mr. Goss has a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University.  From 1996 through 2007, Mr. Goss worked for Turner Collie & Braden Inc. and Pate Engineers, Inc. where he served in various roles from performing water resources studies to managing teams in design, entitlement, and construction services for land development projects.  In 2007 Mr. Goss transitioned from the role of consulting engineer to development project management at Makar Properties where he served as lead project manager for Belterra until 2010.
